What is reaction to your business competitors that snatch your customers away?

It's very disappointing to see that your competitors take away all of your customers leaving your business struggling with low sales. What is your reaction towards that case scenario?

In this case, you have to think of the reasons why your customers buy from your competitors instead of your company. Is it due to quality issues, price or customer service.

It can be very annoying, but instead of hating on my competition, i would take out time to find out what my competition is doing to attract even my customers and learn from it.
