What is the average duration that someone waits to be attended to in your business?

As business people, one thing that we have to do is to attend promptly to customers. People that come into your business place don't want to be kept waiting before they are attended to. How long does it take you to attend to people in your business?

For me , if they are many customers, I should attend to a customer in just 5 minutes. When the number of customers are less, I attend to an incoming customer almost instantly.

Customers and clients don't fancy long delays or queues as such business owners need to limit this. Average waiting time should be about 10 minutes

I usually tend to attend to my customers as soon as possible, though that doesn't mean they get their work immediately, cause most times it takes time to get it done.

It depends on what the customer needs. If the customers need private time with me, he have to wait until i finish attending to a customer that comes before him. If it is very urgent, i have to stop whatever am doing to attend to him.

It usually takes about five minutes to get an enquiry answered in my business. Orders are always processed as they are received.
