I haven't seen any latest earning app so far, lets still be hopeful, maybe we might have one within the year
I don't have a "best" earning site for now. This is because i mostly make used of earning websites instead.
Thetr is a a lot of earning sites that are springing up. Though, most of them may not be legit. You need to be careful when getting engaged with some of these new sites.
Earning sites grow in number all the time. But finding a legit site is very difficult. So far would have to say Website testing sites are the only best sites i know so far
In my case, the best earning app is WowApp. Despite I live in a third world country, I qualify to complete some in-Brain surveys and I get points for screen-out. Out of surveys, there are multiple ways to earn: daily login, watching videos, playing games and a cashback program. I'm not sure if WowApp still pays to chat with friends, but it looks like I earn something to chat also. But I'm sorry WowApp doesn't work in some African countries.

You can try LifePoints, a legitimate app that pays you for completing surveys. Just be patient, as you may get screened out sometimes, but it does pay.
I have never tried any earning app yet. I am on various forum sites but my motive there is not to earn but to explore things.

. Even though I live in Italy and unfortunately this App has recently limited the methods through which I can cash out my earnings in my Country, however I see that it's still pays out via PayPal as long as I reach a minimum threshold of at least 240 WowCoins, considering that 1 WowCoin = 1¢ (US$).
So, briefing and this worth for Italy where 1$=0,86€ (current exchange rate)

I have installed wowapp but I have not been able to make much money. There are almost no paid tasks available when I check the app periodically. Tips to increase income appreciated.
Obviously, there's no app that can make us rich, but regarding WoWApp, I can give you two suggestions. Start by logging into the app every day to get UBI, which stands for Universal Basic Income. This pays about 20 cents but is absolutely guaranteed. Second, try looking at the available ADSs, which pay 0.10 wowcoins each. It all adds up. Anyway, if you read the previous message, I haven't made my first cashout yet, but the users I know there have assured me that this app is legit.
Most apps pay very little, so the search gets tiring fast. I get better results when I stick to tasks that pay for real work like surveys from established panels, micro jobs, or cashback apps that credit instantly. Trust comes from clear payout history, not big promises. Checking recent user reviews helps a lot because people report delays or shutdowns quickly.
I agree, although I almost always end up ineligible for survey panels, so after three or four responses I get excluded.
I'm sorry for such an experience. Unfortunately, it looks like the offers aren't the same dedicated to each country. They vary. Some locations get none of paid offers (it happens in African countries, I discovered).

The apps that are all the time ready are the survey apps, but so sad, they are bad apps, they pay peanuts, and seldom offer surveys.
This is true and I'll be honest and admit that I've always had similar problems in Italy, but inside WoWApp it is integrated a panel called InBrain where even if you don't complete the surveys offered there, you still get anyway some coins. I admit that by using I earned 100 wowcoins in a single day... never happened before!
I think that currently we don't have earning apps that seem to be legit any longer. In a couple of years ago we had.
To make an assessment before installing an App we must immediately understand that if any of them promises too high earnings, that is a 100% guaranteed scam.
