You can do a lot of things online to build passive income, for instance, investing in stocks and crypto, running youtube channel or a blog, creating membership or subscription based service, selling ebooks and digital arts, etc. Do you have any passive online income source? How do you generate passive income online?

I mainly invest in stocks and receive dividend payment which is my source of passive income. People who have good writing skills can publish e-books.

How this can be passive income when you have to invest hours for making content and getting views. Also if you don't publish new content you channels will lose visitors, views and income.

Didn't the creator of this thread also mention Youtube channel, blog. Even though we need hours to write or create content, it is still considered as passive income, because blogs and youtube can also work for the future.
