How does a powerless private citizen prevent powerful people who do not wish to contact her directly or indirectly from interfering in her life, misusing her name, faking friendship and help when actually they are causing very great harm to her misusing her name, denying her the income and opportunities she deserved for more than 14 years?

The best and easiest way to do this is to simply set a standard for yourself. A lot of us today do not have standard when it comes to how much we let people come in and take charge.
These powerful people are very cunning frauds and liars, they do not even contact the person whose name they misuse, or fake friendship with. Instead they are putting their victim under surveillance to collect data so that they can fake friendship, to cheat, exploit and rob.
You just have to move away from this powerful people. The thing is that powerful people would always wants to show how powerful they are
