On my bank account, I always see "Ledger Balance and Available Balance" separately. And the amounts are not always the same. The ledger balance is always bigger than the Available Balance.

What is the differences between the two balances?

There is a difference between the ledger balance and the available balance on your bank account. This is because the ledger balance is calculated at the end of each business day, excluding pending transactions. The available balance, on the other hand, is the balance you actually own and can be accessed or used for transactions. It is updated in real time throughout the day.
