What is the ideal temperament for business owners and entrepreneurs?

Some people would say that an entrepreneur needs to be very calm so as to be able to manage staff. Others say that the world of business is very fierce and people that are too calm lose out. What is the ideal temperament for an entrepreneur to have?

They are able to set and pursue specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, and time-bound goals with level head

I feel a business person has to have a cool temperament to an extent and a fierce temperament also to an extent.

If I own a business in the mall, I would usually not call in security to drag a customer unless the customer has gone to the extreme it being rude.
