I often find that QR scanning on my mobile does not work, the QR code is not detected or scanned. What could be the reason for the error. Also is it advisable to use a special app only for QR scanning to get better results?
 
I have also experienced similar issues. I made a card design that has a QR code, it was working well before printing. After printing I was finding it hard to scan it.
