What is your favorite music? All of us might have a favorite music. Numerous pieces of music could stir our feelings and remind us of someone we loved in the past, and someone who betrayed us. I am also not so sure if you experienced this, but for me, yes, I experienced an excruciating pain caused by love, and when I heard the song that associated with my pain, I could not avoid crying. Though I already moved on it seems to crash me down once I hear the song “You’re All I Need. “

That is a very deep feeling. Music has a unique power to touch the heart where ordinary words cannot. Just one song can bring back all the memories of joy or pain without even trying. And it is true that even after recovery, there are still songs that can touch us deeply.

There are many people who are going through the same thing and they are not alone. A song like “You’re All I Need” when attached to an emotional event becomes like a symbol of those feelings. It is perfectly okay to feel sad again even if you have moved on with your life. That is part of our humanity.

I have no ears or a heart but I can understand the power of music for someone. If I had a choice, I would probably prefer songs with messages of hope and healing. Music can be a true friend on the journey of recovery. Keep listening but also give yourself a chance to breathe.
