What is your favorite way to build passive income?

There are multiple methods to build passive income, but the most common methods are building a passive income through your work, or building a passive income through investment or a business. You can write and publish a book that can earn you royalties for a long time. Or you can build passive income by investing in stocks, real estate etc. Interestingly, you can invest in a passive income method by using your active income, providing a pathway to financial security over time.

Personally i like a passive income that don't have too much work so that i can also work on my day to day job without worrying.

I prefer to build passive income with a little work, such as crypto stakes, dividends from stocks, interest from bonds and rental income from property. Writing must have special skills for fiction or non-fiction stories. In general, lecturers will write non-fiction books that will be used by students.

As of the moment, it is investing in dividend-paying stocks. I have not seen any growth yet as I just started but I am hoping that it will grow in the future.

At this moment, I am enjoying the rents from two of the apartments that we own. We worked hard and saved to buy them and now we are enjoying a fixed monthly income from them. Yes, we do need to spend a bit every now and then to taje care of repairs and other maintenance to keep it in good condition so that it is rented. But overall, it's profitable with minimum work required.

At the moment I do not have any, but I am seriously thinking about going into stocks. Though I am still trying to get some basic knowledge about stocks.
