How do you handle returns on your online business? Well, I mostly sell digital products and I do not have any kind of return policy for my digital products. I also sell merch through print on demand business. In theory I have return policy but none of my customers have ever returned the product

Yes with product sales you need to have a return policy in place so that you get to satisfy your customers. Have a time they are free to return bad or defective product
