There are certain decisions within a business organization that should be open to deliberations amongst staff. Such kinds of decisions probably require the input of staff in the decision making process. What kinds of decisions should be open to deliberation amongst staff of a business organization?

I think decisions related to the staffs should be discussed with them, it won't be fair for them to come one morning and see that everything has been changed.
