What makes some people to constantly be under financial pressure?

There are some people that I know, they are always under financial pressure at all times. They are always looking for urgent money. I hardly see them at any point that they are just relaxed and no bill is on their neck. Why do some people have to face financial pressure always?

Some people just went to take financial pressure that their financial level can't carry. That's why they are always under pressure.

In some cases, it is usually due to mismanagement, they fail to manage the resources they have hence they fall into financial pressure.
