Most of the times i try to control my emotions and my anger, because there are a lots of things that makes me anger so if i get mad for all those things then i will definitely have some health issues.

I try to be patient because then everyone will be like that to me. There are moments when I feel that I am on the verge of breaking down, but I try to visit rooms of stress and anger where you can break everything out of anger
