For me there are some parameters that l always look for the websites that l visit. First and foremost l would confirm that the website is well encrypted with an SSL certificate and if the website loads it's pages so fast.

If a website have want am looking for. If a website have relevant information am desperately looking for. I will consider other factors less important if the site have value am looking for. There are websites i use to visit and will not stop soon because there are vital information on the sites even though i don't like the template and lay out of the sites.
I visit websites only if I need some kind of information otherwise I do not

I am more motivated to visit a website if it has the data or information I need, especially if it is user-friendly.
What motivates me to visit a website is when the website is user friendly website and when it loads pages fast.
