Customer support staff are the people that receive all the complains of dissatisfaction from the customers. What is the first thing that a good customer support staff should do on meeting a customer that has come with complains about the business and it's services?

Before everything is done they should start by greetings. Secondly they should acknowledge their presence and go straight on embarking the main problem for that customers.
