What was growing up with your family like?

While growing up, I believe we all have various experiences, for some of us, it was awesome while for others it might have been filled with lots memories that for some might be good and for others not so good. What was your experience like growing up with your family.

There were both positive and negative experiences. It was difficult for me because my mother did not support me, even though the activities were school-related.

I have happy memories of my childhood although as a teenager I was often on bad terms with my dad. It was just my mum and dad and my sister who was three years younger than me. I was a bit mean to her but we are good friends now! Once I moved out of home I got on better with my dad. Both my parents are gone now but I have very happy memories of them.

I think it was not bad for me because I started an independent life very early and if I didn't do that I think it would be difficult for me to continue living with my parents and siblings because I would like more free space
