What would the typical onboarding process of a new staff in a business entail?

The first thing to do is to introduce the new staff to all the other staff members of the organization.
Yes, that's the process to follow and I think a lot of people know this and they are starting out this way

In a structured set up, it starts with orientation that gives an introduction about the company, it's mission, goals, work culture, history, expectations from employees, rules etc. Then there is introduction to team members and mentors through a brief induction program. The internship or training if needed might be the next one. Before the person is hired and goes through all this steps, he would have gone through one round with Human Resource manager regarding his monetary compensations and other benefits provided by the business.
