What's your level of resilience

As a human living in an imperfect world with much more imperfect beings. You need to raise your bar of resilience to be able to face life's challenges and chaos. How is your resilience level? High or low?

Kind of low right now because of the bad things that I have been experiencing recently. I hope I will be more resilient because I know life will be more challenging for me as time goes by.

For me, mine is on the high side, cause that's the only way I can survive or scale through.

if you want to succeed now especially with this level of inflation you just have to be resilient enough. It must be high.
