When is the right time to find jobs?

For instance when you are working in a company where the working conditions and the salaries are not favouring, do you wait for you to get another job or you can just quit the job and have enough time for an alternative job hunting?
To quit is not the best option I believe what you need do is while you still detained your present jobs you can start searching for another job don't quite because you may not be lucky to get fresh job faster

These days securing a job is not that easy, i won't quit the job completely, but i would look for and possibly secure another job before quitting the current one.

I wouldn’t just walk out without another job ready. It’s way less stressful to start applying while you’re still getting paid. Send out applications after work, keep it low-key, and maybe get a recruiter involved. I worked with Scope Recruiting and they actually sent me roles that matched my skills instead of random listings, which made the whole process a lot quicker.
