It's a shame to borrow money especially if the person refuses. Though I haven't borrowed money but it seems doing it might be significant if the borrower is in need of money to buy food for example. When you borrow money you also know you can pay, if not, better ask money to your family if hunger is the cause.

Borrowing money usually fire back, causing so much problems. So in my view we must try our level best to not to borrow money but to use our own ways to meet our requirements.
