When you assist someone, do you feel good about it?

Actually, because most people these days are solely concerned with themselves and their issues, not everyone enjoys helping others. Nonetheless, I feel a strong need to assist those in need, and I always feel incredibly fulfilled after doing so since I know that I have made a difference in someone's life.

This is one of my major problem. My inability to say no. Now, i learning how to say no when i will put myself into tight corner. I must say that i always feel fulfilled anytime i help someone but a lot of people are taking it for granted.
