Check the root causes, check the feedback from the customers, check your plans, and check your products. Customers only buy what they need especially in these trying times when prices last year are horribly connected this year.
After knowing the root causes, then plan again. Make sure that your plans suit to the mission and vision of your business. Double check the products if they are what people need. Also observe silently the services of your staff and workers. If you caught some of them not performing well, then fire them and give those qualified a chance to work with.
