Where do one pays for online business's licenses?

Unlike the offline kind of businesses, it becomes very difficult for one to obtain an online trading licenses. Like in my country the process for acquiring one is very rigid for sure. What do you have to say?

I think it is usually different for each countries. Over here there is a platform where you can go online and register.

In my country, it's not required to register the online business. It was made into law by former Ph President Duterte not to impose registration and taxation to online sellers only the giant online sellers to register and pay tax like Lazada Shopee, Temu and more because they have merchants nationwide.

I think Nigeria, online business licenses and permits are typically paid through the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and relevant state regulatory bodies.
