Before determining an investment instrument, we must first determine the objectives, time frame, and risk profile. Many investment instruments are available such as:

1. Stocks, Stocks are a type of high-risk investment, so you have to choose the type of stock that suits your profile, such as tier 1, 2 or 3 stocks.

2. Cryptocurrency, no different from shares, crypto is also high risk and there is no reliable fundamental analysis as a benchmark for assessing crypto, thousands of types of crypto are available out there.

3. Bonds: When choosing bonds, don't be tempted by high coupons/interest, but we have to be more careful and choose government bonds better.

4. Mutual funds: Managed by an investment manager, and we can start investing with just a US dollar, so it will be suitable for anyone.

5. Gold: Many housewives collect gold jewelry while making long-term investments, and gold is also very easy to cash in.

6. Property: investing in property requires large capital so we need to collect money first. One of the advantages of property is that we will get rent from tenants.
Currently, property/real estate investment is also available in token form, just like shares, token holders will get dividends and capital gains/losses.
