Wherever, would you pay extra for flawless service?

Personally, I find that there are always some complaints that are difficult to ignore when I visit a hospital, movie theater, or restaurant. Being a half perfectionist, I suppose I would accept something like this if it were provided to me because I find it difficult to put up with things like, say, a dirty table in a restaurant.

If am pretty impressed with the service I got, and I have the extra cash I would definitely want to pay them extra.
