Which crypto tokens are traditional tokens?

I heard someone say that people should focus on investing in traditional tokens. And I would love to know which tokens are traditional tokens? What is the factor that has made such tokens to be traditional tokens? What are the advantages of investing in traditional tokens?

I don't understand what traditional tokens you mean, but there are two traditional terms in crypto such as:
- Traditional asset tokens are tokens that are based or pegged to traditional assets such as fiat money USD, Euro, gold, stocks etc.
- Traditional crypto are coins that have a strong foundation, utility, stability and can be integrated with DeFi such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB, Doge, Solana etc.

Traditional tokens to me might just be the good old crypto like doge coin, eth, bch, ltc etc.
