A typical organized business organization has many departments. There are some departments that actually have to deal directly with customers and clients while some departments work in the background. Which departments in a business are not likely to face clients?
 
The IT department is one that might likely not have anything to do with dealing with a customer or client.
True. The IT department always work in the background. Customer service are even the ones that help customers configure their devices.
 
Human Resources: Focuses on employee relations, recruitment, and payroll, all internal functions.
Sometimes, human resources department might have to face client in situations where customers want to report a staff to them.

I don't think so this department deals mostly with recruitment and workers welfare. Dealing with clients situation is mostly with customer care service
