That is true, if a business owner needs to make a difference and if they want to grow their business providing the right and quality product is mandatory, and they need to tell the truth about their products before we buy it.

The original owner of the site is legit, it's only the franchisees that are doing bad acts. Like Shoppee for example, it has many merchants and some of them are not doing their businesses religiously.

Yeah, those shops only want profit and only focus on the money they get, they don't care about the customers satisfaction and customers opinion.
