Which do you prefer now online or offline shopping?

The original owner of the site is legit, it's only the franchisees that are doing bad acts. Like Shoppee for example, it has many merchants and some of them are not doing their businesses religiously.

Yeah, those shops only want profit and only focus on the money they get, they don't care about the customers satisfaction and customers opinion.

I've already gotten tired of online shopping in recent years, because you can't touch the product and that's what I want, so if I have the opportunity, I'll choose offline shopping
