There are a lot of free resources and tools a beginner can use to learn programming. YouTube is the most popular streaming site where you can see thousands of free videos on any programming you can think of. Other sites that offer free tools and courses include;
W3Schools
Freecodecamp
Udemy
There are many more out there but the sites listed above is actually above average.

Programming resources are everywhere. YouTube is like a big dojo. When you enter, you find tutorials in every corner. W3Schools. Freecodecamp. Udemy. It's like three different katanas. They give you fresh skills. When you're a beginner, it's like a ninja learning new moves every day. Those sites are like bullet trains, they chase knowledge without stopping. When you're well-organized, you become a samurai of code. Sakura blossoms every spring, bringing new growth to your skills.
