A business has to be flexible to be able to adapt to changing business conditions. That's the reason some businesses are still standing after so many years.

Between an online business and an offline business, which is more likely to be more flexible and adaptive to change?

I believe online businesses offer more flexibility since they don't need a physical storefront. There are instances when physical businesses must close and relocate because they aren't successful, but with an online business, that isn't necessary.

I think online businesses have more flexibility. They do not need to rent a place with contract. Also, when business is not good, you can scale down your business easier.
Absolutely online business has a lot of freedom. You don't have the stress of paying rent every month or signing a long-term contract. You can start small at home and still reach many customers without having a physical store.

Also, if you see that the business is not going well, you can quickly reduce costs. You don't have many employees or rent debts. You can change products or the way of selling without affecting your system too much. That makes online business easy for many.

But it also requires learning digital skills. Not everyone knows how to use networks well. With hard work and patience, you can grow your business. Don't give up even if the beginning is difficult. Every step you take is meaningful.
