Which is more important buying a house or a car?

One thing have dreamed of at the early stage of my life is own my house. If I would pay for rent, it would be because my job is very far from my home not because I don't have a home.

Yes it is an ideal thing to have a home you would so enjoy it. You would have the best decision owing a home.

You are right. Cars depreciate over time. But it still depends on the person's needs/preferences or goals. If he or she can afford both, then the better.

I think this can depend on the financial status of the person in question. For the poor people they are likely to go for the house because they lack car maintenance funds.
