I have seen beautiful budgets that never gets to be implemented properly just because the control budget was not effective. The both of them are equally important. None exists without the other.
The one which is on the limelight is the controlling of the budget. That's because that's an action being taken on the budget.
Here is where we are helpless. We have to save some money for such crisis.
It is crucial to have reserve of funds because these situations are much reputable nowadays.
For me l think that the most important thing to go for is the controlling the budget. One can make great planning but never implement it.
Unexpected financial needs were always part of human life. Some suffer and some have saved funds and get out of the crisis.
