Which is More Profitable: Monthly or Yearly Apartment Rentals?

When we're looking to rent an apartment, we're faced with the choice of monthly or yearly rentals. I've even encountered apartments that offer daily rentals, much like hotels. These rental arrangements are designed to anticipate customer preferences, as not everyone who rents an apartment intends to stay for a long time; many rent for only a short time.

Everyone has different opinions and preferences, but do you personally prefer monthly or yearly apartment rentals?

I personally prefer yearly rent payment. The money would be bulky such that would be able to use it and do something tangible.

I think yearly payment would be better, though you have to pay it in bulk but it also gives you enough time to prepare yourself.
