Which is the most hardest part of business to you?

Basically a business consists of different parts. Like there is the business idea, starting out of business, growing business to it's sustainability and achievements for the business goals. So which part seems to be the hardest do do according to you?

For me managing and running the business is definitely one of the hardest parts for me, the struggle to keep up with the competition.

The hardest part of business to me is being able to retain customers. That is very tasking because of the differences in customer nuances.
