For me l believe in the 4.0 GB random access memory rather than the (3+1 ) RAM as the extra 1 GB is like an extension kind of memory. What is your take on that?

Which is which between a RAM of 4 GB or( 3+1) GB?

I really don't know what that means. Does it mean that one can extend the RAM by an extra 1GB after it is just 3GB?
