Which is which between big sales on small items to a single sale on very costly prices?

I can say that l would rather accept the bigger sale at once rather than selling the whole store at peasant price

If you have a specialized skill, "peasant pricing" is a waste of your talent. High-ticket sales are objectively better for solo entrepreneurs because you don't need a warehouse or a staff of ten people to manage 1,000 orders a day. One $5,000 client is much easier to manage than five hundred $10 customers, just make sure your service actually justifies that premium price tag.
