Which is which between the biometric hand recognition and the facial recognition?

Most companies nowadays allow the employees to use either biometric hand recognition or the facial recognition for daily signing in and outs at the workplace. So which is the better according to you?

Am not sure which is better though, i think it is usually based on preference. Personally i prefer using the fingerprint.

I think both are authentic. No two person have the same face or finger print.
