Which is which between the online and the offline businesses?

Both have their advantages and as well as their disadvantages. It is mostly based on individual preference. I would love to have my legs on both though.

It’s true that new businesses have a chance to quickly capture market share if they market creatively. Using social media, partnering with celebrities, or offering special offers can easily attract new customers.

But this success requires understanding the market, monitoring customer needs, and excellent service. A customer-focused business builds trust and spreads through the conversations of happy customers.

Don’t give up if the beginning is difficult. Keep learning, improving your products, and using modern marketing techniques. With hard work and knowledge, the market can open up to you.

Here in our city, bigger retailers have offline stores as well as online sites. That is convenient because sometimes I cannot get the items I need from the physical store nearby my place. I check the retailer's website, and they have that. I just order online and pick up at their physical store near my place free of charge. Small businesses cannot afford to have both.

It's true that the convergence of online and brick-and-mortar stores brings great convenience to customers. While small businesses don't have that capability right now, they can start small using social media or ordering services. With creativity and community support, they can grow to that point.
