As we all know that there are some exchanges that allows the idle sitting crypto assets to earn some interests. So what do you prefer between that and the general staking of assets to earn some interest?
Which is which, storing crypto assets in the interests earning exchanges or staking?

I will first check how much reward I can get through staking or earn option. I will choose the one that has better rewards
I have realized that when the earn option doesn't include the earning in APR it could really be the better option for that matter.
Personally, I use the Earning Feature on the exchange for crypto that implements the PoW mechanism, while the staking feature is often applied to crypto that uses the PoS mechanism and for staking I prefer to use a personal wallet rather than a crypto exchange.
