Which one would you choose? Higher salary or work-life balance?

Given that I am the only one who helps my family, I will go for a higher salary. I will take advantage of this increased income until I have saved enough for my future and start my own business. Once I have achieved my financial goals, I will focus on achieving a better work-life balance. What about you? If given the choice, would you prioritize a higher salary or work-life balance?

Of course my friend, I prefer the high salary. I receive $2000 monthly at the university where I work, teaching Physics at the tertiary level. I always balance my time and my work despite having no time for love

For now, I would go for a job or an offer that gives a higher salary. Later on, I can switch to a more work-life balanced work.

Right now, I’d also pick a higher salary over work-life balance because it fits better with my current goals. I think focusing on my income will help me invest in things that will benefit me in the long run. Work-life balance is definitely important, but for now, I’m all about making more money .
