Who funds the seed capital that tech startups raise?

I always hear that tech startups raise millions of dollars as seed capital for their projects. I am eager to know how these tech startups are always able to raise such huge seed capital.

Who funds those seed capital? Is it contribution from people or?

Not sure how, but it could be from anywhere, through loans, fund raising, it could even be from partners and investors.

Seed capital has never been loans. It is from contributions of people whom the tech entrepreneurs have sold the vision to and they believe in it.

I think investors are the ones that contribute the seed capital. And some other people join in to support the vision of those tech startups.

The bulk of the people that raise the seed capital for tech startups are angel investors. Some of it come from family and friends.
