Who, in your opinion, will follow humans?

Most individuals, in my opinion, are aware that humanity will eventually either completely disappear from the planet or annihilate itself. Which creatures are capable of taking our position and rising to the top? Is it feasible that a totally other species of man than ours may emerge?

One can't really be so sure, though I think some humans we always find a way to survive and adapt, and even evolve to something else.
