Who is using WhatsApp web here?

I knew about WhatsApp web some years ago. I tried using it once and it was cool. You had to sync your WhatsApp app to the web version to be able to use the WhatsApp web.

Is there anyone who is currently using the web version of WhatsApp? How is the experience like?

I'm not using WhatsApp. It's banned in the Philippines as among sources of scam syndicates. It's been 4 years now that it's banned. The recent government might uplift the banning this year.

WhatsApp web is what I mostly use when I am working on my computer to keep track of messages that might come up on WhatsApp.

I think i have used this just once on a laptop before, i haven't used it again since then. Have been using the app.

I don't use WhatsApp often. I mainly communicate via Messenger and sometimes Viber with family and friends, as WhatsApp isn't that popular here.

WhatsApp web can't stand alone. That's why I don't look at the extension. Why do your need it when you have to sync your smartphone?

Apart from using WhatsApp mobile and PC apps, I also use WhatsApp web, one of the weaknesses of WhatsApp web is that I don't receive message notifications like in WhatsApp mobile apps.
