A laundry business works best in places like the Nigeria where people are sometimes too busy to do the laundry. In other countries it works well when the business is affiliated with bulk orders say 1) hotels who need their blankets, bedsheets washed, 2) restaurants that need their tablecloth and linen done, etc. In this regard, it is good to speak to the owners before any building renovation starts so instead of having a laundry room, you can negotiate for their business.

True Washing can be a very difficult task, but having a washing machine can make it easier, or you could setup a self wash center. Customers go there and pay a certain amount to make use of the washing machine to wash their cloths themselves.
