Currently, we recognize crypto not only as an investment and trading instrument, but we also know that several countries have recognized it as a means of payment, such as Japan, Germany, several cities in Switzerland, the Central African Republic, El Salvador, Venezuela, Colorado, Florida, Ukraine, Singapore, and Bali (Indonesia), among others.

I believe that countries recognizing crypto as a means of payment are addressing the limitations or constraints of the traditional financial system. What do you think?

I agree with your observation. Countries that recognize crypto as a means of payment are clearly trying to address some of the inherent limitations of traditional financial systems, such as slow transaction times, high fees, and lack of accessibility for unbanked populations. By allowing cryptocurrencies as payment, these nations are embracing innovation and providing more financial freedom to their citizens. It also enables cross-border transactions to happen faster and with lower costs, which is particularly beneficial for trade and remittances. At the same time, governments can explore blockchain technology to improve transparency, traceability, and efficiency in both public and private sectors. However, widespread adoption requires proper regulations, security measures, and public education to prevent misuse and ensure stability. Overall, I see the recognition of crypto as payment as a forward-thinking move that challenges the constraints of conventional banking while opening new economic opportunities.
