When we enter e-marketplace, we will find many offers to buy goods without having to pay now, either with COD, fund transfer, or with e-wallet, but they can pay within a certain period of time. The PayLater strategy seems to be successful, many customers take the goods first so that they can increase sales turnover. However, from research in my country and maybe in other countries, many customers who take PayLater but ultimately fail to pay, of course there are many factors that cause it, what do you think are the factors that cause PayLater customers to fail to pay?

And look, for example, I didn't even know about this available option. Maybe it happens to you like it does to me that you have no idea of the existence of this and that's why you don't do it, but it could be any other reason, right?
Is there in your country that there is no E-Marketplace Example Shopee, which offers a paylater payment system, so you don't know this option, Paylater often makes people/customers shop without plans because it is not necessary to have the current money.

Here, there are Paylater option offered by some physical retailers. But I seldom encounter an online business offering this. There are many reasons why people fail to fulfilment payment. One of the reasons is they buy impulsively without considering whether they can afford to buy the item. Another reason may be the person encounter some financial problems.

Some e-commerce platforms offer payment options to attract potential customers. However, these customers may struggle to make payments because of unexpected expenses. The money they intended to use for the pay-later option might be needed for emergencies instead.
