I bet that most businessmen do feasibility studies before they start out businesses. So l keep wondering why those businesses constantly fail despite them being examined before being started out.

You might have done a good feasibility, even had the right plan but the wrong setup and execution would still kill the business before you say "jack".
When businesses fail even with doing a feasibility, it is most likely that the feasibility study didn't generate factual data with what is on reality.
Any factor can still arise to kill a business that's just the truth. you don't have to expect risks that might not fail your business. You just have to plan for it

Very true, even a very small mistake can have a huge impact on how the business would go in the future.
The feasibility may not be well done. Other than that, poor management and marketing may also lead to failure of business.
