There are some businesses that sell at a higher price than the prevailing market price. Rationally, such businesses should not have many customers.

But why do some businesses that sell at a price above market price still have customers?

There are several reasons for this, but one of the most common one is that these businesses have been able to establish themselves as well proper brand.

Some businesses or their owners have a lot of leverage, so they can price their products or services higher and still get plenty of customers. For example at airports, the food is priced much higher.
I agree with you they do have a lot of leverage, so they can price their products or services higher and their customers don't mind buying at that price
