Why does a zero spending day look seemingly impossible?

Most people would opine that it is impossible to have a day that you wouldn't spend a dime. Keeping your expenses at zero for a whooping 24 hours would be a really great achievement for anyone looking to stay on top of their finances. Why does a zero spend day look like something that is impossible?

It is absolutely impossible to stay 24 hours without spending money. There must be bills to sort out and debts to be paid. That is the sole reason we must continue to work hard no matter how difficult everything seems to be. Surviving in this present day economy is a herculean task!

The term Zero Spending Day or Buy Nothing Day which is celebrated every November 26, is an expression where we do not spend money in one whole day with the aim of saving or so that we do not become wasteful. For us, the little people, every day we have to spend money to meet all our needs, but for high-ranking state officials, all needs, including underwear, are provided by the government so that they do not need to spend their own money.
